Upper Norwood Group Practice Patient Participation Group (PPG) is made up of patients who work with the staff to help ensure the best for our patients. It is your chance to contribute to the continuous improvement of the services we offer. It is a forum for patients to suggest positive ideas, voice concerns and a way to provide the patients perspective on all aspects of the surgery. The members of the committee meet quarterly with our team.

Role and remit
Our PPG Board of directors oversees the development of sound governance policies and practices to support our surgery with the skills necessary to carry out it’s functions as our governing body on behalf of PPG. Our aim ensures we provide strategic direction, effective operations and holds the practice accountable for the quality & safety of patient care.
We know our greatest strength is our patients, so we protect their well-being, ensure they are safe, healthy, enabled, engaged and valued for the diverse talents they bring to PPG. We encourage our PPG members to make positive impacts in our community by providing opportunities for volunteering and amplifying their support of causes they care about. We Trust our Members to make decisions in their work that align with our purpose.
